Job summary

Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, A Hilton Resort & Spa, seeks an experienced Line Cook to join a culinary team delivering exceptional dining experiences. Prepare and cook dishes with precision, collaborate on menu development, and maintain clean, well-organized workstations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of culinary experience, knowledge of Saute/Grill/Pantry stations, and solid teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of culinary experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
• Knowledge of Saute, Grill and Pantry stations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
