Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts’ L’Auberge Del Mar is seeking a Line Cook to craft masterpieces for our guests in a luxury coastal setting. You will join a heart of our resort, contributing to food production across Adelaide Restaurant, In Room Dining, Living Room Bar and Pool Bar.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year culinary experience.
• Knowledge and practical experience with basic cooking skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Create culinary masterpieces for guests across all outlets.
• Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production.
• Ensure high-quality execution for Adelaide Restaurant, In Room Dining, Living Room Bar and Pool Bar.
