Job summary

The One Group in Carlsbad, CA is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. You will be responsible for executing high-quality menu items with precision, maintaining a clean and efficient work area, and upholding our culinary standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes, reading tickets for timely service, and working closely with BOH and FOH to ensure seamless operations. Previous line cook experience and strong knife skills are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute all dishes from the assigned station with precision and efficiency.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and plating standards to maintain consistency.
• Read and process food tickets accurately to ensure timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times.
• Execute tasks assigned by Chefs and Sous Chefs with professionalism and enthusiasm.
