• Ability to follow FIFO and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking process from start to finish to ensure meals are on time.
• Maintain quality and consistency of all menu items.
• Prepare hot and cold foods; work across kitchen stations.
• Follow POS orders and directions from the expeditor.
• Maintain station cleanliness and sanitation.
• Set up and close station; assist in opening/closing procedures.
