Responsibilities

• Sets up, stocks, cooks, and presents dishes according to recipes.
• Maintains proper storage and rotation in accordance with SOPs and HACCP.
• Keeps work area clean and organized and maintains sanitation standards.
• Follows all SOPs, safety, and security policies.
• Understands safe usage of tools and smallwares (blenders, mandolines, knives).
• Exhibits strong written and verbal communication and a sense of urgency.
