Job summary

sbe Lifestyle Hospitality is seeking a Line Cook for our Los Angeles venue, focusing on delivering the highest quality dishes. You will set up, stock, cook and plate per recipes, while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires at least two years in a contemporary dining setting, ability to work quickly under pressure, and adherence to health regulations. ANSI Food Handler Card and RB Service certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in a high-end, service-focused dining environment.
• ANSI approved Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service certification required/recognized by ABC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality food is served at all times; manage your station per recipes.
• Set up, stock product, cook and present dishes according to SOPs and recipe guides.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and comply with sanitation standards.
• Follow all safety, security and company policies including food safety programs.
• Operate tools and smallwares safely (blender, mandoline, knives).
• Be highly organized and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication; maintain a sense of urgency.
