You will thrive in a fast-paced setting, maintain multiple stations, and uphold quality across all menu items while following allergy requests and dish alterations. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and continuing professional growth within a dynamic culinary team.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator, collaborator and motivator with ability to build professional relationships
• Flexible schedule and ability to work mornings, nights, weekends and holidays
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of creating recipes from scratch and adapting to service needs
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced upscale kitchen

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food and sauces; assist head chefs during service
• Maintain pantry, fry station, and other kitchen areas with high quality output
• Adhere to allergy requests and dish alterations as required
• Help with inventory and waste reduction to manage food costs
• Support the Executive Sous and uphold Living Room standards
