Job summary

Dave & Buster's/Main Event Entertainment is hiring a Line Cook to prepare quality menu items and maintain safety standards. You will follow recipes, portion correctly, and collaborate with the service team to deliver timely, accurate meals to guests in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience, 18+ years old with Food Handlers Certification where required, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards as required.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste by proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Work with service team to ensure food is accurate, fresh, and timely.
• Adhere to all health department procedures and safety rules.
• Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely.
• Keep station clean and stocked before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned.
