Job summary

Dave & Buster's is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items following standardized recipes and safety practices. You will work closely with the service team to ensure timely, accurate dishes while upholding cleanliness and sanitation requirements.

Requirements include at least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience, 18+ with a Food Handlers Certification, and the ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old and Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Follow recipes and safety standards consistently.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff and guests.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes and standards
• Minimizing food waste through proper portions and accurate ticket handling
• Collaborating with service team to ensure timely, fresh dishes
• Adhering to all food safety procedures and sanitation rules
• Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean, stocked station before, during, and after shifts
• Performing opening, mid-day, or closing duties as assigned
