Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook all menu items according to recipes.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper portions.
• Coordinate with service team for timely, fresh delivery.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain station
• Handle opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
