Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. is seeking a Line Cook to prepare high-quality menu items and uphold safety standards. You will follow recipes, portions, and prep specs while staying vigilant for waste reduction, and work closely with the service team to ensure timely, fresh deliveries.

We value teamwork, great guest experience, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Applicants must be 18+, have a Food Handler Certification where required, and comply with uniform standards.

Formación

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required.
• Comply with the company uniform standards.
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience.
• Teamwork is a must; teamwork makes the dream work.
• Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards.
• Help minimize food waste by creating proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Partner with the service team to ensure food is delivered fresh and on time.
• Adhere to all company and health department food safety procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment properly and safely.
• Maintain a clean and stocked station before, during, and after each shift.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
