King's Fish House in Santa Clara is seeking line cooks who will execute tickets with precision, adhere to recipes, and maintain quality. You will be trained across Grill, Sauté, Pantry, and Fry stations and tested to ensure knowledge of recipes and standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience as a restaurant cook.
• High school graduate.
• Food handler's card required.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close assigned duties.
• Prepare food items for meals and service periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and surrounding areas.
• Cook according to scheduled meal periods.
• Follow supervisor's instructions and recipes.
• Alert chef to any item deficiencies.
• Report shift activities to management.
