King's Fish House in Laguna Hills is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our guest-focused kitchen. As a line cook, you will handle tickets across stations, prioritize preparation, plate presentation, and timely service, while following recipes and quality standards.

Essentials: 18+ years old, 1 year as a restaurant cook, high school diploma, food handler card, and strong English communication. We offer growth opportunities, free shift meals, dining discounts, and premium benefits.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of experience as a restaurant cook.
• High school graduate.
• Food handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English with Guests and staff.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items, preparation methods and presentation.
• Understand proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare food items for meal periods and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and service areas.
• Cook for scheduled meal periods and monitor quality.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and report issues to the Chef.
• Notify management of shift activities and any deficiencies.
