King's Fish House - Corona is seeking talented line cooks to prepare and plate high‑quality seafood dishes with consistency and speed. You will be trained across grill, sauté, pantry, and fry stations and tested to ensure recipe adherence and guest satisfaction.

You will join a team dedicated to hospitality, teamwork, and a productive environment, with strong emphasis on training, promotions from within, and a generous dining discount.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1 year experience as a restaurant cook.
• High school graduate.
• Food handlers Card.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and familiarity with menu items.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare necessary food items for meal periods and next service.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas.
• Cook for scheduled meal period.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions.
• Alert Chef or Sous Chef to any deficiencies of food items.
