King's Fish House - Mission Valley is seeking motivated line cooks to join our kitchen team. You will execute multiple cooking stations with focus on quality, consistency, and timely service, under the guidance of a seasoned culinary team.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a restaurant cook.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Food handlers card or certification.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare food items for service and next shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the station and service areas.
• Cook for scheduled meal periods and ensure timely service.
• Follow supervisor’s instructions and recipes.
• Communicate any deficiencies to Chef or Sous Chef.
