Job summary

King's Fish House in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a line cook to support high-volume service. You will be trained across Grill, Sauté, Pantry, and Fry stations, ensuring recipe integrity, timely plating, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age and High school graduate.
• 1 year experience as a restaurant cook.
• Food handlers Card held.
• Ability to communicate verbal and written English with guests and team.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare necessary food items for meal periods and next service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the station.
• Cook for scheduled meal periods and maintain quality.
• Follow supervisor instructions and notify Chef of any deficiencies.
