Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1 year restaurant cook experience.
• High school graduate.
• Food handlers Card.
• Ability to communicate in English with Guests and staff.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and menu items.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Prepare necessary food items for meal periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of station and service areas.
• Cook for scheduled meal periods.
• Follow supervisor's instructions.
• Notify Chef of deficiencies in food items.
• Inform management of shift activities.
