The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Line Cook to maintain high quality dishes and work within a team-focused kitchen. You will prepare, stock, and help uphold our standard portions and cooking methods in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates will have at least two years of kitchen/line cook experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to follow directions. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook duties.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, staff, and guests.
• Must have a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional bending and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high-quality cuisine following portion sizes and standards.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and kitchen equipment.
• Close the kitchen properly and assist others with closing tasks.
• Report product shortages or equipment/food quality issues to the Chef.
