Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook roles.
• Able to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Strong teamwork and communication with staff and managers.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine for guests in accordance with portion sizes, methods and standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation, equipment, and adheres to sanitation regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing duties.
• Promptly report shortages or equipment or food quality issues to Chef.
