Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to safety regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing.
• Reports shortages or issues to Chef promptly.
