Qualifications

• Line cook experience and kitchen prep experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Strong communication with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepares and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Maintains clean, sanitary workstation and adheres to kitchen rules and procedures.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing.
• Report shortages, equipment issues, or food quality concerns to Chef.
