Applicants should have at least two years of kitchen experience, be a team player, and possess strong communication skills. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of kitchen prep or line cook experience.
• Ability to communicate with team and chefs clearly.
• Must be able to read and follow cooking directions.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high quality cuisine.
• Keep a clean, sanitary workstation and follow safety rules.
• Close the kitchen properly and support closing tasks.
• Report shortages or issues to the Chef promptly.
