The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to uphold high quality standards and deliver memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen.

You will prepare, stock, and maintain dishes, follow portions and sanitation rules, and help close the kitchen while supporting colleagues. Candidates should have at least two years of kitchen prep and line cook experience, a flexible schedule, and strong communication with managers and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen prep/line cook.
• Able to follow recipes and kitchen procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Willing to work days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, stocks, maintains high-quality cuisine.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary workstation and adheres to regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others.
• Reports shortages or issues to Chef.
