The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to join our team. You will maintain high quality standards for each dish and work in a team-oriented environment to deliver an unforgettable dining experience.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits as part of a growing hospitality group. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of line cook experience, strong teamwork, and the ability to read cooking directions.

Formación

• Two years of line cook/kitchen experience.
• Positive energy and willingness to assist teammates.
• Able to read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Effective communication with managers, employees and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine.
• Maintains clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to health regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others with closing tasks.
• Report shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Chef.
