You will maintain a clean, safe station, assist with portion control, waste reduction, and coordinate with the service team to serve items hot and accurately.

The role requires 6 months of line cook or prep cook experience, 18+ years old, and availability on days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of Line Cook/Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years old; Food Handlers Certification as required.
• Able to follow uniform standards and safety procedures.
• Able to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Prep and cook menu items per recipes.
• Minimize waste by proper portions and avoiding ticket errors.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure timely, fresh dishes.
• Adhere to health department procedures.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Maintain a stocked, clean station before, during, and after shifts.
• Perform opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned.
