Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Bozeman is seeking a committed Line Cook to join our close-knit back-of-house team, focusing on breakfast, dinner, and banquets. You will work with the Executive Chef and fellow cooks to ensure high-quality plates, accurate timing, and consistent presentation in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

This role requires a 1+ year background in line cooking, strong teamwork, and a dedication to cleanliness and food safety. Opportunities for growth exist within a branded hotel environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of line cook/kitchen experience in high-volume settings.
• Ability to read and follow standardized recipes and plating guides.
• SERV Safe Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to brand standards for breakfast, dinner, and events.
• Set up and break down stations and manage mise en place.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain clean, organized prep areas.
• Assist with banquet and catering events as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and dining room teams to deliver quality service.
