Hilton Garden Inn Boston/Waltham is seeking a Line Cook to join its hotel culinary team. You will prepare and execute menu dishes, maintain quality and presentation, and work with an experienced team to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, specifications, and established quality standards.
• Maintain proper portion sizes, presentation, and consistency.
• Work efficiently across your assigned station during busy meal periods.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked workstation throughout each shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, organization, and equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with fellow culinary team members and management.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.
• Support other kitchen stations and team members when needed.
• Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
