The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Florida is seeking a line cook to uphold high quality standards for each dish and deliver an unforgettable dining experience through teamwork. You will prepare, stock, and maintain top cuisine, keep a clean workstation, follow safety rules, and report shortages to the Chef.

Requirements include two years of kitchen experience, strong communication, ability to read directions, and a flexible schedule for days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and assist fellow staff.
• Ability to read and understand basic cooking directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high-quality cuisine following standard portions and methods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and adhere to sanitation rules.
• Close the kitchen following the closing checklist and assist others.
• Promptly report shortages or equipment or quality issues to the Chef.
