Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking Heart of House team members to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will help with food preparation, maintain sanitation standards, assist with inventory, and support equipment maintenance to ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years heart-of-house experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: prepare, cook, and plate food per recipes; label, date, rotate ingredients.
• Quality Control: ensure presentation and taste meet standards; portion ingredients as specified.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: maintain clean, organized kitchen; follow hygiene procedures.
• Stock Management: assist with inventory, receive and store deliveries, manage food rotation.
• Equipment Maintenance: operate kitchen equipment safely; report faulty equipment.
