Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon in Delaware is seeking Heart of House team members to support kitchen operations, assist in food preparation, maintain cleanliness, and manage stock. You will plate entrées to high standards, ensure safety practices, and contribute to efficient service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a full service restaurant preferred (3–5 years heart of house).
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• Ability to follow written and oral English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to standards; follow labeling and rotation procedures.
• Assist with ingredient prep and maintain proper temperature controls.
• Ensure quality and presentation of plated dishes.
• Maintain clean, sanitary work area in compliance with safety rules.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and stock rotation.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report faults promptly.
