Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking a Line Cook to support our Heart of House team in preparing smoked meats and presenting appealing plates. This evening position offers an hourly wage plus tips and requires flexibility to work weekends and possibly holidays.

You will help with food production, maintain sanitation, and work closely with leadership to ensure consistent quality and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing smoked meat, ordering, receiving, and storing food and supply products.
• Be responsible for the operation of all HOH stations as directed by the Pit Boss.
• Smoking meats under the direction of the Leadership
• Preparing food items consistently to recipe specifications
• Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours
• Follow standard recipes and special diet orders
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances
• This position is an evening position, but you must be flexible and willing to work weekends and possibly holidays.
