Qualifications

• 3-5 years heart of house experience in a full service restaurant.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices.
• Ability to follow written and spoken English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to restaurant standards and recipes.
• Maintain temperature controls and check freshness of ingredients.
• Keep workspace clean and organized per sanitation rules.
• Assist with inventory, receiving deliveries, and storage.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely and reports issues.
