Job summary

Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking Heart of House team members to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help with food preparation, plating, and maintaining cleanliness while following standards set by the kitchen leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in heart-of-house operations in full-service dining.
• Serve Safe certification preferred or equivalent food-safety training.
• Ability to follow written and spoken English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain quality, portion control, and presentation on all dishes.
• Keep a clean, organized workspace and sanitary conditions.
• Assist with inventory, receiving and storage of supplies.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any issues.
