Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation, food safety, and security procedures.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and systems.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift 25–50 pounds during shifts.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.

Responsibilities

• Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and plate food to standards; label, date, rotate. Follow recipes and adjust for dietary needs.
• Quality Control: Ensure dishes meet quality, presentation, and taste standards; portion correctly.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain clean, organized workspace; follow hygiene procedures.
• Stock Management: Track stock levels; assist with receiving and storing deliveries; rotate products.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate kitchen equipment safely; report faults to management.
