The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Memphis is seeking a Line Cook to uphold high quality standards for each dish and deliver an unforgettable dining experience in a team-based kitchen. You will be part of a growing hospitality group with generous benefits and growth opportunities across 30+ locations.

As a line cook, you will prepare, stock, and maintain cuisine to the highest standards, keep your station clean, follow safety protocols, and assist in closing duties.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Must be able to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• A flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains the highest quality cuisine for our guests, following standard portions, methods, and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation area and adheres to all safety and sanitation regulations.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing the kitchen.
• Promptly report all product shortages, equipment problems or food quality issues to Chef.
