The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Line Cook to join our team in Memphis. You will maintain high quality standards for each dish, work within a team, and help ensure a memorable dining experience for guests.

We expect at least two years of line cook experience, the ability to follow cooking directions, and strong communication with managers and staff. A flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Two years’ experience in kitchen preparation and line cook experience.
• Speak, read and understand basic cooking directions.
• Communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately and efficiently prepares, stocks, and maintains high quality cuisine following standard portion sizes, methods, and procedures.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation and adheres to kitchen rules and sanitation standards.
• Closes the kitchen properly and assists others in closing.
• Report shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to the Chef.
