The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Nashville is seeking a Line Cook to uphold high quality and consistency in a team‑oriented kitchen. You’ll contribute to an unforgettable dining experience by preparing, stocking, and maintaining top cuisine while following our standards.

Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, adhering to sanitation rules, closing the kitchen properly, and promptly reporting shortages or issues to the Chef. Competitive pay and growth opportunities await.

Formación

• Minimum two years’ kitchen experience in line cook roles.
• Must speak, read, and understand basic cooking directions.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and move for long periods.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, stock, and maintain high quality cuisine following standard portions and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary workstation and adhere to kitchen rules and safety standards.
• Close the kitchen properly and follow closing checklists; assist others.
• Report product shortages, equipment problems, or food quality issues to the Chef.
