Union New American is currently hiring COOKS to join our team. Located at the Westshore City Center in Tampa, Union New American is a go-to for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with globally inspired fare.

Our Cooks are responsible for producing all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following Next Level Brands’ specifications, recipes and technique and maintaining sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience is desired.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
