Union New American, located at the Westshore City Center in Tampa, is hiring cooks to join our team, producing all assigned menu items efficiently and consistently.

We serve lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with globally inspired fare. Guests can enjoy a private event space on the second floor, and we offer benefits including medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary experience is desired.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excels in a team environment and is viewed as a team player by all Team Members.
• A strong work ethic and desire to learn and grow.
• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills
• Basic knife skills and kitchen equipment knowledge
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player
• Must be at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Produce all assigned menu items efficiently and consistently.
• Follow Next Level Brands’ specifications, recipes and technique.
• Maintain sanitation standards.
