Union New American in Tampa, located at Westshore City Center, is hiring prep cooks to join our team. You will produce all assigned menu items efficiently following our recipes, techniques, and sanitation standards.

Union New American is currently hiring PREP COOKS to join our team. Union New American, located at the Westshore City Center in Tampa, and is the go-to for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch with globally inspired fare. Guests can also enjoy a private event space on the second floor.

Physical Requirements

• Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to 10 hours during a single shift, while possibly navigating ramps, stairs, and elevators.
