Job summary

Flanigan's is seeking talented cooks to join our back-of-house team in Florida. You will prepare menu items according to our recipe manual, maintain station cleanliness, and assist with prep and stock to ensure smooth service. Candidates must handle high-pressure kitchen environments, read recipes, and follow POS orders.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Standing/walking for entire shift is required.
• Ability to read recipes and food labels and follow procedures.
• Ability to read POS ticket orders and communicate timings.

Responsibilities

• Follows safety and sanitation policies and training.
• Prepares menu items per recipe manual and plate presentation.
• Maintains proper stock and par levels to avoid disruptions.
• Assist with prep, setup, and station organization.
• Transports items and assists with deliveries and cleanup.
• Breaks down stations and cleans kitchen at closing.
