Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment is seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prep and cook menu items according to recipes, uphold safety and sanitation standards, and help ensure guests receive high-quality, timely meals.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. Availability on days, nights, weekends and holidays is required. 6 months of line or prep cook experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Must have at least 6 months of Line Cook and/or Prep Cook experience.
• 18+ years of age; Food Handlers Certification, as required
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)

Aufgaben

• Upholding cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
• Prepping and cooking all menu items according to recipes standards
• Helping minimize food waste by creating proper portions, staying vigilant for ticket errors, and communicating with expo
• Partnering with the service team to ensure food is accurate, delivered fresh and in a timely manner
• Adhering to all company and health department food safety procedures
• Properly and safely operating kitchen equipment
• Maintaining a clean and stocked station before, during and after each shift
• Performing opening, mid-day or closing duties as assigned
