Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill is seeking a LINE COOK to join our upscale steakhouse team. You will work in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen focusing on high-quality food presentation and precise execution in a professional environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year of previous kitchen / culinary / chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Our restaurants operate professional, fast-paced, scratch kitchens and hire line and prep cooks to meet high food presentation standards.
• Coordinate with team to ensure proper execution of tickets and food temps while maintaining cleanliness.
• Open duties and closing cleaning duties are included in the role.
• Work collaboratively with management and other staff to deliver a top-tier dining experience.
