Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to applicable standards and regulations to ensure high-quality service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of foods.
• Estimate food requirements, check production, and maintain records for planning.
• Significant walking or other mobility required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds (50 pounds occasionally).
• Other duties may be assigned based on business needs.
