Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Cook to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold items across meal periods and events. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, maintain safety standards, and support a clean, organized workstation while delivering high-quality dishes.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to recipes, and flexible, open-availability shifts. A high school diploma or equivalent and basic food-handling knowledge are expected.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic food-handling procedures and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items.
• Ensure food products are prepared safely and maintain clean workstation.
• Follow Sodexo culinary standards for quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Support kitchen teamwork and uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to federal, state and corporate guidelines and regulations.
• Attend scheduled shifts and perform other duties as assigned.
