Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking Heart of House team members to support day-to-day operations across our award-winning brands, with opportunities for growth within a growing hospitality group.

You will assist in food preparation, maintain inventory, ensure sanitation and safety standards, and help plate dishes that look as good as they taste, while coordinating with chefs and front-of-house to ensure consistent quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of heart-of-house experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Serve Safe certification preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and food safety procedures.
• Ability to follow written and spoken English instructions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food to restaurant standards.
• Follow recipes and adjust for dietary requests.
• Assist in preparing ingredients and maintain proper temperature controls.
• Carry out inventory management and assist with receiving deliveries.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report faults.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Support maintenance and other duties as assigned.
