P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chefs to join our kitchen team across the United States.

You’ll prepare food to established recipes, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to a high-volume dining service. We offer hourly pay from $18.00 to $22.00, flexible scheduling, paid on-the-job training, opportunities for advancement, discounted meals, and comprehensive benefits for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we provide full training.
• Food Handler’s Card where required, or we assist with obtaining one.
• Love for food, attention to detail, and ability to follow recipes.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean all kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, and food safety duties.
• Maintain high sanitation and food safety standards in the kitchen.
