Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring multiple Line Cook positions in California. We welcome applicants for Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Parties, or Station Chefs—training provided and opportunities to advance within the company.

Positions are full-time or part-time, hourly, with benefits aligned to hours worked. Roles involve preparing food according to recipes, maintaining safety standards, and supporting a high-energy kitchen team.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Food Handler’s Card required where applicable or assistance to obtain.
• Attention to detail in weights, measurements and volumes.
• Ability to learn menu and recipes.
• Knowledge of chemicals used in the building.
• Excellent customer service and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• Assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils, etc.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
