Job summary

P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring Line Cooks, Wok Cooks, Cooks, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef to prepare food per established recipes and safety guidelines. Training is provided and all duties follow kitchen sanitation standards.

Employees will be trained on menu items, portions and cooking methods while maintaining quality and speed in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Opportunities for growth and competitive hourly pay are available.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s Card required where applicable, or we help you obtain one.
• Love for food and an eye for detail with cooking; knowledge of weights, measurements and volumes.
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced teamwork environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods according to chef’s guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down and clean all kitchen equipment.
