P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. is hiring immediate help for multiple hourly kitchen roles in California.

Positions include Line Cook, Wok Cook, Cook, Chef De Partie, or Station Chef, with full-time or part-time hours. Training is provided, and applicants should be prepared to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Roles emphasize following recipes and safety guidelines while preparing menu items, maintaining equipment, and upholding sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience is not required; we will train you.
• Current Food Handler's Card if applicable, or assistance to obtain one.
• Love for food and an eye for detail when cooking; knowledge of weights and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook all food items to company specifications.
• Plate prepared foods based on chef's guidance.
• Set up, operate, break down, and clean kitchen equipment.
• May assist with washing dishes, sweeping/mopping floors, cleaning and maintaining equipment, sanitizing utensils.
• Uphold high kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards.
